Investment Phase:

Initial phases of expansion capital.

• Capital increases in sound companies in conjunction with the existing shareholder in an expansion project (development of a new business unit, new markets, competitor acquisition etc.)
• Replacement in the event of a shareholder leaving a family-run company or a group of companies with non-strategic affiliates.

Resources:

Managed fund of 10 million Euros.

Target Profitability:

A rate of return higher than 20%.

Type of funding:

Minority or majority participation in terms of capital. Between, approximately, 30% and 60 %.

Investment term:

From 5 to 7 years.

Sectoral Preferences:

Socially aceptable sectors excepting real estate and finance.

Geographical Preferences:

The Province of Alicante and the Valencian Community.

Segment:

Companies with a turnover greater than 5 million Euros.
