Next Capital provides, to those companies in which it invests, financial and strategic support and an invaluable network of local business, professional and institutional relationships. We want to be close to the companies in which we have an interest to get to know them better, establish a relationship of confidence and mutual respect and help them to achieve their goals.

Commitment

The directors of Next Capital demonstrate their high level of commitment by investing not only their experience and reputation, but also an important proportion of their personal assets. They participate through the various bodies of Next Capital (the Investment Committee or Management Board) or directly with the Management Board of associate companies.

Long Term

We understand that the time spent as an investor must last until a clearly-defined strategic plan has been implemented jointly with the management team. The decision regarding the optimum moment for disinvestment is reached jointly with our partners according to the goals achieved and the state of the market.
